No, Wild Rivers does not have a mobile app at this time.

No, Wild Rivers will not be offering a “fast pass” option for its rides and attractions.

Yes, all of our cabana attendants will be able to serve alcohol to guests in cabanas who are 21 and older.

No, there is not a designated entrance line for our season pass holders.

Individual tickets and season passes are non-refundable.  Season passes are also non-transferrable.

Yes, everyone who enters Wild Rivers Waterpark will need to pay to enter, even if they are not planning on going on any rides or attractions.

Yes, we provide life jackets free of charge for children.  They are located near the entrance to Shaka Bay and Castaway River.

We ask that children who are still in diapers wear an approved swim diaper while at Wild Rivers Waterpark.

Our cabanas are 12 ft x 12 ft in size.  There are two chaise lounge chairs and two regular chairs inside, along with a table and safe for your personal belongings.  Our cabanas comfortably seat 4-6 people.

Purchasing a season pass allows that person to visit Wild Rivers Waterpark any day we are open to the general public for the season which it was purchased.  There are no black-out dates.

It is up to the parents discretion if they choose to allow their children to attend without an adult.

Yes, RV’s can park for $25 a day.  No overnight parking is allowed.

Yes, everyone who enters Wild Rivers Waterpark will need to pay to enter, even if they are not planning on going on any rides or attractions.

Outside food, beverages, and alcohol may not be brought into Wild Rivers. A variety of food, snacks, and beverages are offered for sale in the park at Pacific Grille, concession carts, and our Bungalow 5 retail store.

Unopened, sealed or empty water bottles, baby food, and food for guests with special dietary restrictions in limited quantities are permitted. Bags will be inspected upon arrival and items that are not permitted will have to be kept in your vehicle during your visit.  We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our policy.

Wild Rivers allows you to change your date of visit as long you notify us at least 24-hours before your visit. Please contact Guest Relations reception@wildrivers.com or call 949-749-1900 between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday or during park hours on days when the park is open. An additional cost will apply for dates with higher ticket prices. No refund is given for dates with higher prices to dates with lower prices.

Tickets may be purchased at Wild Rivers on the day of your visit. If you buy online in advance you will save. Buy Tickets Online

  • Ticket prices at the front gate:
    General Admission $75.00
  • Junior (under 48”) $50.00
  • Children under age 3 and Seniors age 62 and older are admitted free.

Wild Rivers Season Passes can be purchased on our website or in person at the park.

No, tickets are non-refundable. Wild Rivers allows you to change the date of your visit as long as you notify us at least 24-hours before your visit. Please contact Guest Relations at reception@wildrivers.com.

Seniors age 62 and older will be admitted free to Wild Rivers. Simply show up and present your ID at our ticket window to receive your complimentary admission.

Military personnel with a valid ID may purchase up to four tickets at the park for our junior price of $50.00. Please present your ID at time of purchase to receive your discount.

Cabanas can be reserved online in advance. If cabanas remain available on the day you arrive, you can reserve one at the park. However, the only way to guarantee a cabana reservation is to reserve one online in advance of your visit.

Cabana reservations are for the cabana itself and do not include admission. A valid admission ticket is required for each guest age 3 to 61 on the date you plan to visit. Children under age 3 and Seniors age 62+ are admitted free.

Lockers are rented at the park on a first come, first served basis. Locker rentals are priced at $18 for a medium and $23 for a large for all-day, unlimited access.

Wild Rivers accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American, and Express credit cards. We also accept cash and mobile payments like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Unopened sealed or empty water bottles, baby food, and food for guests with special dietary restrictions are permitted. Otherwise, no other outside food, drink, alcohol, or snack items are permitted.

Strollers, personal chairs, and wagons used as strollers are permitted.

All guests will be security screened at entry and all bags, parcels, and other items are subject to inspection as well. For a list of items that may not be brought into Wild Rivers see the FAQ – “What are the security procedures for entering the waterpark?

Wild Rivers will have over 2,000 chairs and chaise lounges positing on various sundecks throughout the park and surrounding our pools. However, at this time you may bring your own chairs if you prefer. We reserve the right to revise this policy at any time

Towels are not provided at Wild Rivers. However, they are available for purchase in our retail store should you forget one.

We do not currently offer birthday packages. Guests can host a birthday party in one or more of our cabanas that include chaise lounges, chairs, a small table, and a server. However, outside food and beverages may not be brought into the park.

Unfortunately, Wild Rivers does not allow outside food and beverages to be brought into the park. Health department rules also prevent us from storing outside food in our kitchens.

Re-entry is permitted. Simply scan your wristband or admission ticket to be readmitted on the day of your visit.

Your parking ticket you receive on first entry may be presented to our parking attendants to will allow you to re-enter our parking lot.

We kindly ask that you leave your pets at home. Also, for the safety of your pet DO NOT leave them in your vehicle during your visit.

All Wild Rivers guests must park their car in the Wild Rivers parking lot. Guests who park in other lots throughout The Great Park may be subject to tow.

Adult beverages are sold at Mustang Bar.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to purchase and consume adult beverages and your ID must be presented each time you purchase an alcoholic beverage. Each guest may purchase up to two drinks, per person at a time. Guests will be provided with a wristband so you can enjoy your beverages throughout the park. Food and beverages may not be consumed while waiting in line for any ride, in any pool, or while riding rides.

Personal alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the park.

Children under age 3 will be admitted free. All guests age 3 and older must have a valid admission ticket or season pass to be admitted to Wild Rivers.

We do not have an ATM at Wild Rivers. In addition to accepting cash we accept major credit cards for payment and mobile payments like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Check-in for your cabana reservation is located at the Guest Services kiosk in Wild Rivers Main Plaza just past where you present your tickets for admission.

Changing tables are located inside each of our four restroom facilities.

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your refillable water bottles. Water bottle refill stations are located at Wild Rivers’ Main Entry building, our locker and changing facility, and outside each of our four restrooms in the waterpark.

We do not have stroller, electric conveyance vehicles, or wheelchair rentals at Wild Rivers. You’re welcome to bring your own to the park.

Absolutely! We will do our best to try to reunite you with your lost belongings. Please visit Guest Services at the Main Entrance building for assistance while you’re at the park. You can also report a lost item by sending an email to info@wildrivers.com. Please include your name, phone number, date of visit, and a description of the lost item. You may also call Guest Services at (949) 749-1900.

Wild Rivers is located on land owned by the City of Irvine. Smoking is prohibited on all parts of the property including inside the waterpark, the main entry plaza, and the parking lot.

Currently public Wi-Fi is not available. We plan to offer this at Wild Rivers in the future.

Line cutting is prohibited at Wild Rivers. Line cutting, for any reason, can result in immediate ejection from Wild Rivers without a refund.

Line cutting is defined as follows:

  • Leaving a line, then attempting to reenter at the same point, this includes leaving the line to use the bathroom, make a purchase, or to secure items in a locker. Once you leave a line, then you’ve given up your spot and are expected to start from the back.
  • Cutting in front of guests who are already in line, including saving a spot in line for another guest who is not present.
  • Guests should not enter a line until everyone in your party is present.

Upon arrival to Wild Rivers guests will be required to go through a security screening before entering the waterpark. This screening may at times result in slight delays to enter.

During the screening, the following will happen:

  • All bags, backpacks, and packages will be subject to an inspection before entering.
  • Guests will be reviewed for compliance with our dress code.
  • All persons will be subject to a screening for prohibited items.

For the safety of our guests and staff the following items are not permitted to be brought into Wild Rivers:

  • Weapons of any kind, including objects that look like a weapon, this includes knives, toy guns, squirt guns, water blasters, and self-defense sprays.
  • Alcoholic beverages, marijuana, drugs, drug paraphernalia, or other illegal substances
  • Glass containers of any kind
  • Wheeled mobility devices with less than 3 wheels or devices that cannot maintain stability and balance when stopped, unpowered, or unoccupied
  • Fireworks, cigarettes, matches, and other flammable items
  • Laser pens, laser pointers, or similar focused light devices
  • Luggage
  • BBQs and picnic lunches
  • Outside food and beverages
  • Flags, banners, signs, or voice amplification devices used for the purpose of conducting demonstrations or to incite a crowd
  • Large markers, permanent pens, and spray paint
  • Water play toys such as inflatables, foam noodles, and super soakers
  • Recreational devices such as drones, remote-controlled toys, skateboards, scooters, shoes with built-in wheels, rollerblades and inline skates.
  • Portable stereos or other devices that emit loud music
  • Any item that a guest possesses that security deems unsafe or inappropriate will also  not be allowed inside Wild Rivers. Decisions may be made on a case-by-case basis in this scenario.
  • Please leave any unnecessary articles secured in your vehicle to expedite entry into the park

Wild Rivers is a family friendly waterpark and guests are expected to wear appropriate clothing while visiting the park, including shirts, shoes, and pants or shorts. Shirts and shoes are required for entry.

Clothing with explicit or suggestive language, provocative or insulting statements, or otherwise deemed as inappropriate for a family and child-oriented atmosphere are not permitted.

Proper swimwear is required on all water rides and attractions for your safety. Cut-offs, street clothes, and swimwear with metal fasteners, snaps, belts, rivets, and or metal ornamentation that may injure the rider or damage the slides are not allowed.

Swim diapers are required for diaper wearing children. Water shoes are recommended, but for safety may need to be removed before riding certain rides and attractions. Swim goggles are permitted, but masks are not.

Safety or our guests is our #1 priority and therefore rules are subject to change without notice. Wild Rivers reserves the right to refuse admission or to ask anyone to leave who does not comply with these rules.
