Wild Rivers tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
If you need to change the date of your visit, you may reschedule your tickets yourself through your original email ticket confirmation by selecting “Modify Order.” Date changes must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled visit date.
Please note that an additional charge may apply if you select a date with a higher ticket price. If you change to a date with a lower ticket price, no refund or credit will be issued for the difference.
